How to file Design Patent
Design patent or Design registration can be filed with IPOS - https://www.ipos.gov.sg/about-ip/design
As described by IPOS, a design patent refers to the features of a shape, configuration, colours, pattern or ornament applied to any article or non-physical product that give that article or non-physical product its appearance. It protects the external appearance of the article or non-physical product.
As an owner of the registered design, you can prevent others from using the design without your permission.
